This was one of our concerns, and it looks like it has happened.
According to ESPN's Andy Katz, the Blazers and Celtics have made a trade that sends guard Sebastian Telfair to Boston in exchange for the Celtics' lottery pick (#7).
The Blazers now own the #4 and the #7, the pick right before the Rockets. Where Boston was considering selecting a guard like Randy Foye or Marcus Williams, the Blazers are much more likely to scoop up any top 6 sliders, particularly Brandon Roy or Rudy Gay, if they are available. It's almost a lock that the Rockets will have to trade up to get one of those two if they're not content at #8.
The picks now to watch? Atlanta and Minnesota. If the Hawks take Shelden Williams, as expected, will the T-Wolves take Randy Foye? That's the big question.
